Leather Shoe Repair and Refreshing Services - Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services: Our leather shoe repair and refreshing services ("Services") are offered exclusively to customers who have purchased leather shoes from our brand. These Services include repairing minor damages, cleaning, conditioning, and refreshing of the leather shoes to restore their original quality and appearance.
2. Eligibility: To avail of the free repair and refreshing Services, customers must provide proof of purchase of our leather shoes. Only shoes purchased from our official online platforms are eligible for these Services.
3. Service Details:
- The Services cover minor repairs such as stitching, sole reattachment, and hardware replacement.
- Cleaning and conditioning will be performed to remove dirt, stains, and odors, enhancing the overall appearance of the shoes.
- Refreshing may involve polishing, buffing, and protecting the leather surface.
4. Exclusions: The following situations are not covered by our Services:
- Major damages requiring extensive repair or replacement of major components.
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- Shoes purchased from unauthorized resellers or outlets.
5. Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on the repair and refreshing Services performed. If customers are not satisfied with the quality of the Services within this period, they can request a reevaluation.
6. Service Turnaround: The time required for the completion of the Services may vary based on the complexity of the repair and refreshing needed. An estimated timeframe will be provided upon inspection of the shoes.
7. Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting their shoes from the Factory at their own cost.
- Shoes should be presented for repair in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Any personal items left inside the shoes should be removed before submitting them for repair.
8. Limitation of Liability: We will take utmost care during the repair and refreshing process, but we cannot guarantee complete restoration to the original condition. We are not liable for any damages or changes that may occur during the repair process.
9. Right to Decline Services: We reserve the right to decline repair and refreshing Services if we deem the shoes to be beyond repair or if the terms and conditions have been violated.
10. Modification of Terms: We may modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our official communication channels.
