We greatly care for our customers and that is why if there is any problem in the shoe regarding the size or quality we will replace it and will send you a new shoe in the same design you ordered.
Before requesting an exchange please make sure to comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of Sale.
- Exchanges are accepted up to 15 days of delivery. Exchanges after that may not be accepted.
- All returns are free in the Pakistan.
- Jacob & Isaac will accept exchange if the product is unworn. Items that are used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Please follow these simple steps for your returns.
- Please contact us at mailto:Jacobandisaac786@gmail.com or call 0324-4264955 to inform the reason of exchange.
- You will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
- Make sure the items you return should be in its original form (accessories, box etc).
- Once we receive your returned items, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will process your exchange within 10-12 working days.
Jacob and Isaac reserves the right to refuse at its discretion any returned items that do not meet the conditions defined above.
