Exchange and Replacement Policy

We greatly care for our customers and that is why if there is any problem in the shoe regarding the size or quality we will replace it and will send you a new shoe in the same design you ordered.

Before requesting an exchange please make sure to comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of Sale.

• Exchanges are accepted up to 15 days of delivery. Exchanges after that may not be accepted.
• All returns are free in the Pakistan.
• Jacob & Isaac will accept exchange if the product is unworn. Items that are used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Replace an item?

Please follow these simple steps for your returns.

• Please contact us at mailto:Jacobandisaac786@gmail.com or call  0324-4264955 to inform the reason of exchange.
• You will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
• Make sure the items you return should be in its original form (accessories, box etc).
• Once we receive your returned items, and after verification and validation by our Quality Department, we will process your exchange within 10-12 working days.

 
Jacob and Isaac reserves the right to refuse at its discretion any returned items that do not meet the conditions defined above.
